Regarding the Website Publication (January 3, 2021)
The website “True I ” had been published on a free-of-charge site for many years. However, due to the termination of the free site, although we considered migrating to a paid site, we decided to shut it down due to the ongoing hosting fees.
After the closure, I sent written notifications and excerpts from experience reports mainly to our website visitors. Following this, we received an offer from Dr. Naoki Fukasawa, the Director of Fukasawa Orthopedic Clinic located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, saying, “I have plenty of space on my rental server, so please use it if you like. “
Since I regretted closing the website “True I, ” I decided to receive Dr. Fukasawa’s generosity and use space on his rental server. Because the rental server is being used by Dr. Fukasawa, all the work related to posting “True I ” had to be done by Dr. Fukasawa, putting a lot of time and effort into him. Dr. Fukasawa, understanding my feelings, responded without concern for his own burden, saying, “Please tell me anything, ” and thus, the website “True I ” was set to be published again.
Dr. Fukasawa received notification from the provider hosting the Fukasawa Orthopedic Clinic website about its closure. He could not shut down the clinic’s website and rented a server instead. If Dr. Fukasawa had not rented the server, or if the timing of the rental did not match, “True I ” website would not have seen the light of day again. I am grateful to Dr. Fukasawa. However, when you think about it, it’s mysterious that such a thing happened in the first place.
