The words of Bhagavan Shri Sathya Sai Baba regarding “Who am I? What kind of existence am I?”,”Oneness in Diversity”, “Non-Dualism “(from Vahini Series and Discourses.)
In the Vahini series and many discourses, Bhagavan Shri Sathya Sai Baba emphasized, “People do not know who they are. Ignorance lies in not knowing one’s true essence. To discard illusion and ignorance, one should look within and realize the Atma (the true I) as the only existence within oneself, ” and also said, “Recognizing unity within diversity is exceedingly rare. Brahman (the ultimate reality) is universally present in everything. Wherever you look, only Brahman exists. Brahman is the ultimate reality. “
He further stated, “Having understood the meaning of these words, everyone should search for ‘Who am I?’ to understand their essence. When one realizes this as an experiential truth, that they are the embodiment of Sat (Existence), Chit (Consciousness), and Ananda (Bliss), and recognizes that everything is Brahman, that is when true understanding is attained. “

Unity is Divinity
Everyone, no matter who they are, should first seek the answer to the question, “Who am I? ” What good is it to try to know everything about others when you don’t even know who you are? When you were born, you cried out, “Koham ” (Who am I?). You should not leave this world with the same question still on your lips. When you die, you must be able to confidently declare, filled with joy, “So’ham ” (I am that, I am divine). Only then can you justify your human birth and immerse yourself in the satisfaction of having fulfilled the purpose of human life…. All people identify their true selves with the temporary and artificial names given to their bodies. You may have various names attached to your physical body, such as Ramaiah, Krishnaiah, Senaiah, and many others, but if you continue to believe that these names define who you are, no matter how long you engage in spiritual practice, you will make no progress. “So’ham ” is the name with which you were born. This alone is your original and eternal name. It is truly your “existence ” and “truth. ” Realize this and experience Sat (Existence), Chit (Consciousness), and Ananda (Bliss).

The power of the Lord’s name
The birth as a human being is bestowed upon living creatures as the highest achievement through countless cycles of rebirth. Life is profoundly uncertain, always shadowed by death, and no one knows when or how death will seize them. It is imperative not to delay in choosing the right goal in life and determining the best means to achieve it. Redirect the interest that was directed toward the external world and its allure toward the inner realms of consciousness. The journey inward will be abundantly rewarded with the precious treasure of joy. What the sea casts upon the shore consists only of shells and foam. However, those who courageously dive into the depths of the sea can obtain coral and pearls. This should be your true mission. If you miss this opportunity, you will live and die like an animal, devoid of any knowledge of the wellspring of inner joy. But if you discover the wellspring of inner joy, you will become an Atma Rama, filled with happiness, contentment, peace, and love.

27. Direct your life to acquire your last moment’s mental tendency
What is the pursuit of Atman (the true I)? It is not the study of the attributes of Atman as described in books, nor is it an exploration of the external, material world. It is not an academic pursuit involving the interpretation of scriptures. It is an analytical exploration of the true meaning of Atman, conducted with the sharp blade of intellect. Some may ask if it’s possible to explore Atman through the study of scriptures. I answer, “No, it is not possible. ” Atman is the essence of Sat-Chit-Ananda (Existence, Consciousness, Bliss). Atman transcends the physical body, the subtle body, and the causal body. Atman observes the states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. Can you directly perceive Atman by understanding the meaning of these words? How can one directly perceive it? To perceive Atman, you must strip away the five sheaths that envelop it, denying each one with the assertion, “This is not it, this is not it, ” and then dive deep, transcending them all, to reach the foundational Atman, which is Brahman, the source of the diverse and manifold universe. I emphasize once again, even scholars who have mastered the secrets of scriptures cannot understand the true nature of Atman. The true nature of Atman can only be understood through direct experience.(Translation summary from the “Jnana Vahini “)
